The phytochemical ingredients like Diosgenin (from Fenugreek) and Protodioscin (from Gokshur) are steroid like saponins that have structural similarily to ‘testosterone’ which functions as a precursor for synthesis of female sex hormone ‘estrogen’. Clinical Evaluation

Female volunteers were allowed to consume 2 drinks/day for a period of 2 months and were allowed to fill in the Female sexual Function Index (FSFI form) throughout the period and at the end of the study. Directions To Consume
The best results are obtained with consumption of 2 drinks every day; one in the morning and one at night.
It is recommended that around a total of 180-200 ml of this drink be consumed twice on a daily basis for best results. The drink can be consumed once in the morning to be followed by one before sleeping in the night.
