The Sipwise - Returns Policy

We will accept return of product sold provided the value of order exceeds INR 1000 and we are informed about the same within 24 hours from delivery. To return it, send us an email at querybusters@sipwisebeverages.com.

SHIPPING
To get refund of returned product, you should ensure that the product delivered is not tempered with and seal is not broken. On receipt of your email, our Sipping Agency Representative will collect the Product/s from your place within 48 Hours. On receipt of your retuned products at Sipwise Beverages Pvt.Ltd or at Seller’s Place, our quality team will check the product, its seal and outer packaging and after satisfying them with all quality parameters will clear your Refund within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of retuned products.. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.
